Frequently Asked Questions
Do NFC business cards work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Our cards work with iPhone XS and newer and with most NFC-enabled Android phones. Just hold the card near the top of the phone. Every card also has a QR code for phones without NFC turned on.
Does the other person need an app?
No. Nobody needs to download anything. Tapping the card opens your digital profile right in the phone's browser, with a one-tap Save Contact button.
What's the difference between metal and full-color vinyl cards?
Metal cards ($39) are laser engraved on the front for a premium brushed look, with the back left blank, and include 1 year of Pro free. Full-color vinyl cards ($19) show your full-color design and include 3 months of Pro free. Both tap the same way.
What happens if I change jobs or my info changes?
Just update your profile in the app. Your card keeps the same link, so it never needs to be reprinted or reprogrammed. The new info shows up on the very next tap.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are ready in about a week after you approve your design, and US shipping is free. Local customers can also pick up in Pompano Beach. Call 954-554-3771 for rush orders.
How do Team cards work?
Team is $100 per year for 5 digital cards, and you can add more packs of 5 anytime. You manage everyone's profiles from one dashboard. Physical metal or vinyl cards are ordered separately.
What happens when my free Pro time ends?
Your card keeps working on the Free plan. You can renew Pro anytime for $24 per year or $3 per month.
Do I have to buy a physical card?
No. You can create a free digital card and share it by link or QR code. Add a metal or vinyl card whenever you're ready.
